Refund policy

Yeah Nah Goods are made by The Powder Room Perfume and Beauty Atelier in Melbourne, Australia.

The Powder Room will only accept the return of Yeah Nah products if:

You  have received products from Yeah Nah that are different to the ones you have ordered. We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively we can offer you a refund. Please  note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We recommend  you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be  liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.

For any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you. Yeah Nah Goods  will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that Yeah Nah Goods  requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely  damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Yeah Nah Goods & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.

For refund or exchanges please contact us by email info@thepowder-room.com Please provide your order number & contact information in your  email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. From time to  time this waiting period may be longer.
